Business Development Manager
Remote (EST is preferred) / Contract (20hours/week, 3+ months)

What you’ll do
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships. You will support East Coast sales efforts by leveraging your expertise in team staffing or agency sales to craft solutions that align with client needs.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with marketing and studio leads to develop client-specific resourcing strategies.
- Conducting market research to discover prospects and new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking and strategic outreach.
- Collaborating with the Sales team to develop, present, and negotiate tailored proposals and contracts.
- Implementing strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Representing Sandy at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to broaden brand presence.
- Partnering with marketing and support teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.

- You are passionate about business development and eager to contribute to a growing organization.
- Proven sales success, particularly in the staffing, creative resourcing, or agency sectors.
- Deep knowledge of creative resourcing needs across diverse client organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for cultivating strong relationships.
- Proficient in market analysis and strategy development.
- Skilled in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, working both independently and collaboratively.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
